I am a DONA trained Birth Doula and my goal is to empower women for what God created us to do. As a teen mother myself I did not have knowledge or support; therefore felt very powerless and incapable of birthing a baby. After giving birth six times, I am still learning, and I want to share that Fear IS a Liar ~ we CAN birth our babies ~ we can have a voice in how we birth our babies ~ we can because this is what we are created to do!
